We extend a warm welcome to you and your child to Deansbrook Infant School. We are a thriving infant school with a nursery and we celebrate the rich and diverse community that represents our school. Starting school is an exciting and important step for both children and their parents/carers and I hope that your child’s time with us will be both happy and successful and provide him or her with the best possible start to their primary education.
At Deansbrook Infant School we aim to provide a happy, secure and challenging environment where all children will develop confidence, self-esteem, a desire for learning and will achieve their personal best. We provide a stimulating, broad and balanced primary curriculum through which children are actively learning and individuals are equally valued. We seek to develop positive attitudes towards learning, life and society. We encourage children to have respect for themselves and others as well as their environment and to work and play together in harmony.
